Requirements

Proven ability to consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, lead generation, and follow-ups.
Strong understanding of ethical sales practices and commitment to maintaining honesty and transparency with customers.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to establish trust with clients.
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and share actionable insights.
Demonstrated initiative in professional development, including active participation in training and requesting additional learning opportunities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when tracking leads, sales activities, and performance metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining high individual performance standards.
Valid drivers license
Key Duties & Responsibilities

Consistently achieve and exceed established sales, lead generation, and follow-up targets.
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Provide early insights on trends, challenges, and opportunities, along with practical suggestions for improvement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through honest, ethical, and transparent sales practices.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining a record of positive feedback and trust from clients.
Actively participate in company training sessions and continuously seek opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Propose and help implement process improvements that enhance sales performance and customer experience.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to overall team success.
Shift: Five days per week, with one day off during the workweek and Sundays off.
Compensation: This is a commission-based position with a guaranteed minimum of $3,000 per month in commissions (not a base salary plus commission).
