Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of Full-Time Assistant Grocery Manager for our Marketplace Food Store location in Rosetown.
The successful applicant will assist with the day-to-day execution of tasks and planning for the grocery department. They will support the Grocery Manager in effectively developing and leading an engaged grocery team consisting of 20 Team Members while ensuring accountability and driving results. This position requires a dynamic self-starter with strong technical knowledge, demonstrated experience and high standards in the areas of merchandising and customer service, along with the ability to organize and delegate as they will be responsible for assisting and supporting all aspects of the Grocery Department.
They will have excellent communications and customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and become a member of a highly motivated team.
