Description

Neskor Concrete Cutting & Coring Services is a well-established Saskatchewan-based company providing safe, precise, and efficient concrete coring and cutting services to industrial, commercial, and residential clients across the province. We are offering a unique opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused individual to manage and fully operate our Regina location. This is not just a technician role, it is a chance to run and grow your own local operation with complete support and backup from our main Saskatoon headquarters. You will have access to proven equipment, ongoing training, administrative assistance, technical expertise, and the full resources of an established company while enjoying the autonomy to build and lead a successful branch in Regina. -Manage day-to-day operations, including hiring, scheduling, client relations, and on-site project execution.
-Perform and/or supervise high-quality concrete cutting, coring, slab sawing, wall sawing, wire sawing, and related services.
-Build and grow the local client base while delivering exceptional customer service.
-Ensure all work meets the highest safety and quality standards.
-Work collaboratively with the Saskatoon head office team for equipment logistics, and technical support.
-Valid Class 5 drivers license and a clean driving abstract.
-Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
-Ability to lift and move heavy equipment up to 45 kg.
-Construction supervisory or leadership experience is a strong asset.
