Job Order Detail

Description

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse, retail, and delivery operations, including handling inventory, stock shelves, preparing orders, and completing customer deliveries.

-Receive, unload, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
-Organize and maintain stock areas to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
-Stock shelves and assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing retail floor.
-Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup.
-Load delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
-Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
-Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and in-store interactions.
-Perform regular cleaning and general upkeep of warehouse and retail areas.
-Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
-Other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
-Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
-Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
-Ability to lift and move heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
-Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of inventory systems considered an asset.
-Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or delivery role considered an asset.
