Reporting to the Executive Chef, under the supervision of the Chef de Partie, this position supports the delivery of
quality, value priced dining, by efficiently prepping a wide variety of cooking ingredients.
Responsibilities include: Assisting in the preparation of meals by maintaining supplies of prepped ingredients and
dish components. Assembling entres from pre-prepared components, and preparing baked goods. Carrying out
general cleaning and kitchen maintenance. Working effectively as part of a team, to ensure the safe and efficient
preparation of food. Strictly following established processes and standards for safe food production and handling.
Handling other related tasks as required, to support the production of quality meals for Casino guests. Must be at least 19 yrs of age at time of applying.
