The IT Support will ensure optimal use of agencys hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. Under the supervision of The IT Coordinator, the IT Support will advise on IT equipment upgrades.
Diagnosing and repairing faults.
Resolving network issues.
Speaking to employees to quickly get to the root of their problem.
Following up to ensure the problem is resolved.
Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
Providing assistance to employees with any technical issues or IT supports.
Assist in developing electronic forms and documents.
Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software, and infrastructure
Testing and evaluating new technologies.
Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
Other duties assigned that are complimentary to the role of IT Support
