TLF Dirtworx Inc. is seeking a motivated Earthworks / Construction Labourer to join our team. This is a Canada Summer Jobs funded position, and as such, applicants must meet all eligibility criteria for the Canada Summer Jobs Grant Program.

This role may be right for you if you are a student, or are looking for summer work.

In this role, you will work alongside our team of operators, drivers, and mechanics to support earthworks and construction projects, as well as assist with daily operations at our shop. You will be an essential part of our crew, contributing to various tasks in both the field and shop environment.

Key Duties
Provide general labour to support construction and earthworks activities
Assist with maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and trucks
Clean and wash construction equipment and vehicles
Perform tasks at our shop as well as construction sites
Operate a variety of hand and power tools
Operate earthworks and construction machinery as directed (training provided)

Responsibilities
Follow instructions and guidelines from supervisors and team members
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, working within your capabilities
Actively participate in the requirements of the Canada Summer Jobs Grant Program
Communicate effectively with team members and management

Requirements
Must meet the Canada Summer Jobs Grant Program criteria
Class 5 Drivers License
CSA mid-height work boots
Reliable transportation to get to the worksite near Mozart, SK
Strong willingness to learn, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
Physical capability to perform the tasks required
