This job includes plant maintenance, crop care and harvest, planting/transplanting, produce packaging. A person working here needs some knowledge of plant health and fertigation needs, ability to think outside the box and do problem solving, plus everything that goes into working in an hydroponic facility. We're looking specifically for knowledge in growing Asian vegetables.
