Reporting to the Asset & Maintenance Manager, this role works closely with Property Management to ensure our homes are well-maintained, responsive to resident needs, and ready to support Avanas continued growth.

The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship) and must have a valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
