The Procurement and Contract Specialist leads complex and high risk procurement projects with a strong focus on fairness, transparency and compliance. Working independently with internal and external partners, this role shapes effective procurement strategies, provides expert advice, and supports successful contract negotiation and management across the organization.
What You Bring
- Significant experience managing complex public sector procurement and contracts
- Strong knowledge of procurement law, trade agreements and ethical purchasing practices
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Clear and confident communication with the ability to advise and influence stakeholders
