Prairie Green is a growing regional home services platform serving Regina, White City, Pilot Butte, and surrounding communities. We deliver year-round lawn care, weed and fertilizer programs, and snow & ice management.

We are hiring an Operations Manager to take ownership of daily field operations as the owner transitions off tools and into growth and leadership.
What you will own:
- Daily dispatch and crew leadership across three trucks and all staff
- Route density, schedule execution, and quality assurance
- Equipment readiness, fleet maintenance, and inventory control
- Crew hiring, training, and performance management
- Operational use of Scheduling Applications
- Building the SOPs that scale us to multiple crews and markets

Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years operations or crew leadership in home services, landscaping, snow, or trades
- Proven record holding crew standards under pressure
- Direct communicator who decides quickly and solves problems
- Comfortable with scheduling software, GPS systems, and basic spreadsheets
- Class 5 required.
- Located within commute of Balgonie or east Regina
