Prairie Green is a growing regional home services company serving Regina, White City, Pilot Butte, and surrounding communities. We deliver year-round lawn care, weed and fertilizer programs, and snow & ice management.

We are hiring a Crew Lead to run one of our trucks day to day. You are the standard on the ground  your crew, your route, your quality, your client experience.

What you will own:
- Lead a 23 person crew through daily routes
- Execute lawn care, weed control, fertilizer, and snow & ice services to standard
- Daily equipment checks, basic maintenance, and clean trucks
- On-site client communication and issue resolution
- Train new crew members on equipment, safety, and quality
- Accurate use of scheduling applications
- Report daily to the Operations Manager

Who we are looking for:
- 2+ years experience in landscaping, lawn care, snow & ice, or skilled trades
- Strong work ethic and pride in finished work
- Comfortable leading 12 teammates and holding the line on quality
- Comfortable with smartphones and field apps
- Class 5 required
- Physically able to perform the work in all conditions
- Located within commute of Balgonie or east Regina
