Were looking for an exceptional Part-Time Guest Services Agent to join our team. If you bring previous hotel front desk experienceor a comparable customer service backgroundand love creating memorable guest experiences, this could be the perfect fit.

About the Role
As a Guest Services Agent, youll be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they receive. Your mission is to make every interaction seamless, efficient, and memorable.
What youll be doing:
Deliver top-notch service at check-in, check-out, and throughout the guests stay
Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy and ease
Handle guest concerns professionally using the HEART Model of service recovery
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Availability Requirements:
Part-time hours with a focus on evening shifts (3:00 PM  11:00 PM)
Must be available to work weekends
Additional shifts (7:00 AM  3:30 PM) may be scheduled based on business needs

What Were Looking For
Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
(We will consider candidates with strong, transferable customer service experience in fast-paced environments)
Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
Ability to stay organized in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality

Qualifications
Grade 12 or equivalent
Must have experience with Microsoft office programs min 3 years
