The Youth Home Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of Eagle Heart Centres Youth Home. Under the direction of the Youth Home Team Lead, this position ensures that youth schedules, appointments, and daily activities are well-coordinated and that communication between staff, youth, and external partners remains consistent and efficient. The Youth Home Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for youth needs, managing the flow of information regarding school attendance, appointments, and program participation. They ensure all staff are aware of youth placements, schedules, and routines each day, promoting stability and structure within the home. The Youth Home Coordinator ensures that daily operations run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and staff remain informed. This role reflects Eagle Heart Centres commitment to cultural safety, trauma-informed care, and Indigenous worldviews, ensuring every youth experiences a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
