Description

TLF Dirtworx Inc. is a growing heavy construction and earthworks company based in Mozart, Saskatchewan. We take pride in delivering high-quality service while maintaining a modern, well-equipped fleet. We are currently seeking an experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic / Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, adjust, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on heavy construction equipment, highway trucks and trailers, light duty trucks
- Plan upcoming work for efficient shop operations
- Lead and support other mechanics and maintenance staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory management of parts and supplies
- Utilize diagnostic and scanning tools
- General and structural welding
- Operate power, air, and hand tools safely and effectively
- Travel to worksites using our fully equipped service truck
- operate equipment and vehicles for testing and troubleshooting
- Participate in COR safety program and follow policies and procedures
- Maintain attention to detail in all repairs and maintenance tasks

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven Experience as a Heavy Duty Mechanic in a related in industry
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, highway trucks and trailers, and light vehicles
- Welding experience
- Excellent diagnosis and troubleshooting skills, including use of scanning tools
- Class 5 driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
