Discovery Ford is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team! This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What Youll Do:
- Assist with general property and facility maintenance
- Operate equipment such as tractors, skid steers, and other machinery as needed
- Support light construction and repair projects
- Perform yard work, snow removal, and lot upkeep
- Help with organizing and maintaining tools and equipment
- Assist different departments with various tasks as needed

What Were Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience with farm machinery, construction tools, or similar equipment is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license required
