Looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same? Discovery Towing is hiring a Tow Truck Operator to join our team!

As part of the Discovery group  including Discovery Ford Sales and Discovery Edge Collision & Glass  youll play an important role helping customers when they need it most.

What Youll Do:
- Respond to roadside calls and assist customers in a variety of situations
- Safely load, transport, and recover vehicles in all conditions
- Operate towing equipment including winches, straps, and securing devices
- Perform vehicle recoveries, including overturned vehicles when required
- Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain equipment logs
- Communicate with customers and dispatch in a professional, respectful manner
- Complete daily paperwork including service reports and trip logs

Schedule:
This is an on-call position (24/7 rotation), with scheduled weeks working at Discovery Ford in between rotations  offering variety in your day-to-day work.

What Were Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid Class 5 or Class 3 drivers license with a clean abstract
- Willingness to obtain air brake endorsement (training provided)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening
