Description

Under the direct supervision of the Store Manager, the Driver for Encore Market will drive the company truck, pick up donations, which will include moving furniture to and from the truck, making decisions on acceptable donations, clean merchandise and assist in the day to day running of YWCA Regina Encore Secondhand Market. This team member will work closely with the Store Manager to provide support if needed.

Education
Completed at least some secondary education
Experience
Customer service
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Written and verbal communication skills, time management, detail oriented
Skills in problem-solving, managing multiple demands, and responding appropriately to incidents and needs as they arise

ASSETS & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedule to meet association needs-flexibility
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work Environment: Driving and in store
Physical Demands: Continuous physical movement + lifting and carrying from 50 lbs.
Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday  must be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday  with flexibility
Special Conditions: Criminal record check & Valid 5th Class Saskatchewan Drivers License- with clean driving record
