Seeking a motivated individual who has well developed interpersonal and organizational skills.  Who can take direction from a supervisor and work independently. Preference will be given to those who have a Class 1A Drivers License and has experience operating a variety of heavy equipment.  Duties include but are not limited to: Loading, hauling and placing gravel on selected areas of road.  Hauling for road construction projects and stock piling. Overall, We are seeking a well rounded individual who is a team player and willing to work at any task assigned.  Additional knowledge of or willingness to learn the following skills/tasks: Grading, Snow removal, Snow ridging, road construction & maintenance, installation & maintenance of culverts & signs, mowing & rock picking, Bridge maintenance, and any additional duties as assigned by the foreman.
Work related reporting, daily safety and maintenance checks, maintenance of equipment and work area are required by all employees.
