GRAPHIC DESIGNER  DOOBIE SNACKS
Hybrid  Regina, SK  3 to 5 yrs experience  FT/PT/Contract
Doobie Snacks is a locally owned, Indigenous-owned and operated, Health Canada licensed cannabis producer based in Regina, Saskatchewan. We make terpene-infused pre-rolls, and we're scaling fast  with a growing roster of SKUs and a second sub-brand (Doobie Snacks Nudes).

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to own our visual identity across packaging, retail, digital, and social. You'll work directly with leadership on new SKU launches, Instagram content, trade show assets, and a full sub-brand launch. This isn't a "make it a little bigger" job  we want a designer with taste, opinions, and a portfolio that proves it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design packaging for new and existing SKUs within Health Canada regs
Build the visual system for the Doobie Snacks  Nude sub-brand launch
Create social content for @doobiesnacksweed
Develop retail and trade marketing assets
Maintain our Sativa/Indica/Hybrid colour system and brand guidelines
Collaborate with QA, ops, and printers on production-ready files

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3 to 5 years professional design experience (CPG/packaging a plus)
Strong portfolio across brand systems, packaging, and digital/social
Expert in Adobe CC; bonus for Figma, motion, or 3D mockup tools
Comfortable with Health Canada packaging regs (or quick to learn)
Sharp eye for type, layout, colour  and the judgment to break rules
Self-directed; runs projects from brief to print-ready
