You play a critical role in ensuring our communities remain safe, functional, and beautiful by controlling the flow of maintenance work from intake to completion. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role is responsible for the strategic oversight of work orders, vendor partnerships, and preventative careensuring our technicians and partners can execute their work with maximum efficiency and care.
