Your open, engaging & decisive communication style with registrants, employers, external stakeholders and the public demonstrates your professionalism, accountability & responsibility to the practice & education of nursing. And as a Nursing Advisor with the CRNS, you possess strong critical thinking & communication skills to successfully lead projects & provide confidential advice, information & resources to individuals & groups regarding professional practice issues.
You have a keen interest in supporting others, you are proficient in obtaining, analysing, & summarizing information related to nursing practice to guide callers to improve practice and find resolution. You see opportunities to enhance the nursing profession in Saskatchewan, and as an innovative & engaging decision-maker, you are competent at problem-solving and are adept with evolving change.
As a member of the Practice and Education team, you will have an opportunity to support members in understanding and applying the CRNS practice standards, entry-level competencies, code of conduct, practice guidelines and resources.
Education/Experience
Current licensure with the CRNS
Masters degree (complete or in progress) in Nursing or related field.
