Role Overview:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tenant Consultant based in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The Tenant Consultant works directly with tenants to support safe, stable housing through outreach, education, and connection to community supports.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in housing, human services, or related field OR post-secondary education in Social Work, Human Services, or similar
- Experience supporting individuals facing complex barriers
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of community resources and support systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits, follow-ups, and re-inspections
- Build respectful, trust-based relationships with tenants
- Provide practical support to address tenancy concerns
- Educate tenants on rights, responsibilities, and housing stability
- Support life skills and preventative maintenance practices
- Assist tenants facing complex challenges (hoarding, pests, upkeep)
- Connect tenants to community supports and resources
- Collaborate with Property Administrators and internal teams
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
