Brendonn Holdings Ltd. is a second generation family owned company operating as a Petro Canada/Suncor Wholesale Marketer serving South Central Saskatchewan and West Central Manitoba. We specialize in selling and distributing bulk fuel, bulk lubricants and operate Petro-Pass cardlocks.  
Job Summary
We are looking for a Controller to manage the financial operations of our company. The Controller will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance, and supporting audits.  This position reports directly to the President and will work independently for most aspects but will also collaborate with the Manitoba Controller when necessary.  This position is based out of our Regina office (formerly Mazenc Fuels).

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Prepare monthly financial statements and complete month-end and year-end closing
Process payroll and manage employee group benefits
Prepare and file GST and PST returns on time and ensure compliance
Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
Support and coordinate year-end external audits
Monitor cash flow and support financial planning and reporting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Provide financial analysis and support to management as needed
Review and ensure completion of all balance sheet reconciliations

Qualifications:
Post secondary education in business admin, commerce or a related field is required and/or several years experience in a similar role.
