We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team.
We are seeking an organized Accounting Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
-Timekeeping & Payroll: Enter and verify weekly timecards, ensure accurate hours and job coding, and resolve any discrepancies.
-Accounts Payable: Process invoices, match purchase orders, verify pricing and quantities, and maintain organized AP records.
-Office & Phone Systems: Manage phone systems, answer incoming calls, and provide basic technical troubleshooting support.
-Purchase Orders: Create and enter purchase orders for pre-quoted materials and day-to-day purchases.
-General Administration: Provide support to office staff, manage office supplies, and assist with day-to-day organization.
Qualifications
-2+ years accounting experience
-Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
-Proficient with Excel
-Excellent communication and organization
-Able to multi-task and support office and field teams
