Outside Sales Representative
Trailtech Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate and follow up on sales leads to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all customer communications within the CRM system.
Provide professional, effective, and efficient solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
Communicate pricing and sales agreements while maintaining competitiveness in the marketplace
Prepare and analyze sales data to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Provide competitive intelligence and market feedback to management
Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
Participate in trade shows, training sessions, and product meetings as required
Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
Qualifications
Strong client management and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication, presentation, selling, and negotiation abilities
Ability to interpret and analyze sales data
Experience using Microsoft Office products, CRM systems, and ERP software, or the ability to quickly learn new systems
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Willingness to travel 2 to 3 weeks per month
