Description

We are looking to fill position of Full-Time Inside Sales Representative.

Experience on an Order desk, preferably with knowledge of power tools and fasteners in an industrial setting preferred but not required.

~ Receive, process and verify (via email, fax, or in person)orders/quotes for merchandise or services such as repairs.

~ Co-ordinate order with shipping dept.

~ Recommend products to customers that suit their needs.

~ Assist with showroom displays and equipment by keeping shelves and walls organized, stocked and clean.

~ Assist customers with loading/unloading merchandise when necessary (must be able to lift 50LBS repeatedly)

~ Will need to demonstrate operational features of products.

~ Checking stock levels on the computer system.

~ Looking up parts manuals for customers.

~ keeping customers up to date with ETA's on back orders.

~ Provide alternate products/solutions for out-of-stock or long lead time items.

~ Responsible for building strong customer relations.

~ Familiarity with construction, power tools, hand tools, compressors, fasteners, air nailers and staplers is preferred.
