Hope's Home provides childcare services and supportive living homes for children with complex medical needs across SK. Our unique programs allow passionate individuals to make a difference in their communities.

Job Summary:
The Developmental Worker works hands on with Hope's Home children with complex medical or behavioural needs, to help each child learn, grow, and reach their full potential.  They build and maintain a warm, caring, trusting and responsive relationship with each child. By working closely with the Hopes Home team and outside professionals, they help create and implement each child's individualized program plan that supports the child's developmental goals and objectives. This position reports to the Early Learning & Childcare Manager and does not have any direct reports.

Location: Prince Albert Early Learning and Childcare Center
June 22, 2026 - August 28, 2026/30 hrs a week.

Eligibility to Apply:
1. is between 18 (Hope's Home standards) and 30 years of age (inclusive)
2. is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, S.C. 2001, c. 27*; and is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations.
