About the Role
As a Service Consultant, youll be the main point of contact between customers and technicians. Youll handle service requests, coordinate repairs, and keep customers informed throughout the process.
What Youll Do
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Listen to concerns and create accurate work orders
Explain recommended services, timelines, and costs clearly
Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently
Provide updates and get approvals for additional work
Schedule appointments and manage workflow
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Assist with estimates, parts coordination, and basic admin tasks
What Were Looking For
Self-motivated and hard-working
Strong interest in vehicles and willingness to learn
Team-oriented works well with others and supports the group
Good communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with computers or quick to learn new systems
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
Admin experience is an asset
Experience & Requirements
Automotive or service experience is an asset, but not required
Valid drivers license
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus
