The City of Regina is seeking a Senior Assessment Appraiser to deliver fair, accurate, and defensible property valuations in support of municipal assessment and taxation. This senior role combines advanced valuation expertise, research leadership, and staff guidance while supporting complex files, predictive valuation models, and assessment appeals.

- Extensive experience in commercial and complex property valuation
- Strong expertise in assessment legislation, valuation theory, and market analysis
- Advanced skills in statistical modeling, mass appraisal systems, and data interpretation
