This role leads corporate strategies, builds strong community partnerships, and represents the City across sectors to improve quality of life for residents, with a focus on prevention, inclusion, and shared impact.

- Strong leadership experience in community development, public policy, or human services
- Proven ability to design and implement strategies that address complex social issues
- Experience building and sustaining trusted partnerships across sectors
- Skilled communicator with strengths in facilitation, engagement, and consensus building
