We are currently seeking a highly motivated, organized, and compassionate individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a caring nature, and a commitment to resident-centered care. Previous supervisory experience is considered an asset.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, coordinating, and meeting the healthcare needs of our residents while providing guidance, supervision, and leadership to our Personal Care Workers.

This position consists of Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts, as well as 6-hour weekend and statutory holiday shifts, with participation in on-call rotations required. Applicants can expect approximately two to three shifts per week. Applicants must hold current registration and remain in good standing with the CRNS or CLPNS.
