1. Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or in a related field.
2. Eligible for registration (active status) with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
3. Two years recent and relevant clinical/teaching experience in the area of medical-surgical and pediatric-obstetrical nursing is required.
4. Current TLR certificate at the participant level.
5. Effective interpersonal skills.6. Effective communication skills (both oral and written).
7. Training and/or demonstrated experience managing budgets and allocating resources within established guidelines.
8. Effective organizational and problem solving skills.
9. Effective leadership skills.
10. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and partnerships with management, faculty, administrative staff, partners and the public.
11. Ability to travel.
12. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
