As part of the administrative team at SPL, the Executive Administrative Assistant supports the work of the Directors' Team. The Directors' Team consists of senior leaders reporting directly to the
Director of Libraries & CEO who collaboratively oversee all aspects of public and corporate functions supporting library services to the community including public facing services, back of house library operations, facility services, information and technology, finance, human resources, marketing and communication, security, governance and planning.
Under the supervision of the Director, Finance & Administrative Services, and working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO and the Director's Team, this role performs a variety of tasks
related to administrative, operational, and project support. As part of the administrative team at SPL, this role provides primary backup for the Executive Assistant to the CEO and assists with other office operations.
This position may require occasional evening or weekend work
