Description

As a Business Solutions Specialist, you are the vital link between operational teams and technology within the City Services Division. You provide expert business solutions consulting, lead the design and implementation of division specific systems, and ensure business needs are translated into effective, scalable technology solutions that support planning, operations, and decision making.

What You Bring

- Strong expertise in business systems analysis, database design, and advanced reporting
- Experience leading system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and process improvements
- Ability to partner with leaders, explain technical concepts clearly, and train users
- A background in computer science, business administration, or a related field with progressive experience
