Description

Reporting to the Urban Integrated Services Director, the Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing Manager will provide leadership and effective coordination, collaboration, and operation of the Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing Services. The Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing Manager will provide an integral role in contributing to the execution of the strategic direction and overall day-to-day management of the Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing programs and services. The position will guide and direct the Sawyihtotn Housing supervisors in program planning/scheduling of support workers, peacekeepers, custodial, and cooks. The Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing Manager will ensure a working environment that is safe, fair, and consistent for all Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing staff. The Sawyihtotn Transitional and Supportive Housing Manager will ensure that all housing services meet regulations regarding health, safety, and capacity requirements. This is a full-time term position until March 31, 2027.
