As the Raw Material Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, organized, efficient and productive operation of the grain receiving and feed by-product loadout systems. This role will also assist with the planning and allocation of inbound oat logistics and raw material inventory management. Working with the Procurement Facilities Manager you will provide daily and weekly directions and resources for the department staff, while ensuring that activities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner. A thorough understanding of grading oats for milling is required as mentoring elevator assistants in grading and identifying grading factors is crucial to this role. This position is also responsible for ensuring all rail procedures and operations are followed.


Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the safe and efficient operation of grain receiving and feed by-product loadout systems.
Provide leadership, training, and daily direction to department staff and Elevator Assistants.
Ensure grain sampling, grading, testing, and documentation are completed accurately and according to company standards.
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and raw material planning.
