We are seeking dedicated and experienced Primary Care Paramedics to join our team at Various Mine sites in across Saskatchewan. Long term projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the Health and Safety of all personnel on site. We have casual & Full Time roles available at various sites (May require tarvel to remote work site)Some roles may require a security license.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide emergency medical care and treatment to injured or ill personnel.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Collaborate with the safety team to implement and monitor health and safety protocols.
Support the Site Mine rescue teams
Support the Occupational Health Nurse
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Primary Care Paramedic with the SCOP. (or willing to gain via Labour mobility)
Experience in an industrial or mine site setting is essential
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate emergency vehicles.
Must have own vehicle - Required to drive to mine site each day from accommodations
Clean drug and Alcohol test
Clear criminal record check
