The City of Regina is seeking a forward thinking Human Resources leader to guide client services and labour relations in a large and unionized organization. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, this senior role leads Human Resources Business Partners and oversees labour relations across five bargaining units. You will provide trusted strategic advice on collective bargaining, job evaluation, compensation, and employee relations while building strong partnerships with City leadership and unions to shape a positive and effective workplace culture.
What You Bring
- Senior leadership experience in human resources and labour relations within a complex unionized environment
- Strong expertise in collective bargaining, labour law, job evaluation, and compensation frameworks
- Proven ability to lead teams, influence senior leaders, and build credible union relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sound judgment in complex situations
