Inclusion Saskatchewan is seeking a compassionate, organized, and community-minded Employment & Transitions Facilitator (ETF) to join our Supports Team.

The ETF provides individualized support to people with intellectual disabilities and their support networks throughout Saskatchewan. This role focuses on employment supports, high school transitions, post-secondary navigation, advocacy, and community inclusion using person-centered practices and supported decision-making.

Reports to: Director of Supports

Responsibilities Include:
Supporting people in pursuing employment, education, and community goals
Coordinating accommodations, job coaching, and community supports
Building relationships with schools, employers, families, and community partners
Advocating for inclusion, independence, and self-determination
Participating in outreach, presentations, and team initiatives

Qualifications:
Degree, diploma, or certificate in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field
Experience in advocacy, disability supports, education, employment, or community services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the assigned region

Additional Information:
Remote or hybrid work arrangements may be considered
Evening and weekend work may occasionally be required
Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Search required
