Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Delivery of product to customers and retail locations of Pioneer Co-op.
2.Assist in the loading and unloading of deliveries.
3.Collect payments when required.
4.Responsible for the storage of a variety of building products.
5.Operate saws, forklift and other equipment, adhering to all safety measures.
6.Responsible for care of forklifts, boom lift delivery units and other equipment.
7.Provide customer assistance and service.
8.Maintain constant alert against unauthorized removal of merchandise.
9.Housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work co-operatively with customers, management and co-workers. Previous delivery experience and lumber experience an asset. Must hold a valid Class 1A Drivers License and be able to operate a forklift / boom truck safely. Heavy lifting required. This position is classified as Safety Sensitive and therefore is subject to Pioneer Co-ops Alcohol & Substance policy as a condition of employment. Averages 24-40hrs/week.
