Hope's Home provides childcare services and supportive living homes for children with complex medical needs across SK. Our unique programs allow passionate individuals to make a difference in their communities.

Job Summary:
The Developmental Worker works hands on with Hope's Home children with complex medical or behavioural needs, to help each child learn, grow, and reach their full potential. They build and maintain a warm, caring, trusting and responsive relationship with each child. By working closely with the Hope's Home team and outside professionals, they help create and implement each child's individualized program plan that supports the child's developmental goals and objectives. This position reports to the Supportive Living Manager and does not have any direct reports.

Job Type: Temporary Full Time/30 hours a week
Term: June 22, 2026 - August 28, 2026

Starting Wage: $19.38
