Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the full delivery, administration, relationship experience and completion for the Fellows Program. This role serves as the primary relationship holder for all Fellows, ensuring each participant receives individualized support, leadership development guidance, and a culturally grounded learning environment. The Manager oversees the execution of all program components, including retreats, gatherings, mentorship, and program adaptation while working collaboratively with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, mentors, coaches, and internal Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies and Gabriel Dumont Institutes partners. The Project Manager may lead or support the delivery of other strategic projects and initiatives as required. This position will positively promote and create an environment that aligns with the vision, mission and values of partnership organizations  Gabriel Dumont Institute and Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies.
