The Rural Municipality of Coalfields is seeking a Manager of Public Works to work at the municipal shop located in Hirsch, SK.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Supervision, Strategic Planning, Budget Management and Project Oversight.
Qualifications:

        Prior experience in public works management or a related field is desired
          A valid drivers license is mandatory while Class 3 or Class 1 License preferred
    Strong knowledge of public infrastructure, construction practices, and project management.
        Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams.
        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Knowledge of local, provincial, and federal regulations pertaining to public works is desired.
