As a Front Office Staff member you will be the face of our client experience and key driver of motor license issuing products. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment and can handle complex transactions with accuracy and poise.
Responsibilities
Manage all in-person, phone, and digital client interactions.
Process driver's licenses, ID cards, and vehicle registrations & permits.
Verify identity documents and eligibility requirements.
Handle payments, record transactions, and secure sensitive materials.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensuring compliance with privacy standards
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least two year of customer service experience. Experience as a Motor License Issuer and holding a Restricted Auto license is strongly preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal communication, attention to detail, and basic computer literacy.
Position Details:
Salary: $17.00- $25.00 hourly
Typical weekly hours: Full-time & part-time positions available
Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours
