The Business Performance Consultant supports corporate and departmental initiatives related to business process improvement, performance measurement, project management, and training development. This role leads and supports projects, conducts research and analysis, and provides recommendations to enhance programs, services, and operational outcomes.
This role oversees the full lifecycle of end user computing and AV products, including strategic planning, budgeting, pricing standards, rollouts, support, and asset refresh initiatives. It acts as a technical and project delivery resource, applying Agile project management practices to plan, coordinate, and execute projects, assess business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements. The position also involves facilitating stakeholder meetings, monitoring performance metrics, developing documentation, tools, and business cases, and delivering training aligned with adult learning principles.
The role requires strong knowledge of project management, change management, and business analysis frameworks, along with the ability to analyze problems and recommend effective solutions. It demands an understanding of organizational operations, strategic and business planning, and strong research and report writing skills. Specialized knowledge in endpoint and device management is essential, including hardware lifecycle management, security, and support, as well as proficiency with Microsoft platforms such as Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and related administrative tools.
