This role provides operational and business support for the maintenance, preservation, operation, and construction of sewer and water infrastructure. Youll coordinate work crews and contractors, manage schedules and resources, analyze operational data, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to standardserving both staff and the community.
What You Bring
- Grade 12 diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sewer or water infrastructure, including 2 years in a supervisory role
- Level 3 Operator Certification (Saskatchewan Water & Wastewater) with commitment to obtain Level 4
- Leadership, scheduling, and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of sewer and water operations, construction, and safety regulations
- Ability to analyze operational data and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflictresolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and operational systems (GIS, databases, timekeeping)
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License (ability to obtain additional licensing as required)
