Position Summary
The City of Regina is seeking a detail oriented Utility Billing Clerk to support the Property Revenue Services branch. In this role, you'll process utility billing transactions, review meter readings, and ensure accurate, timely billing using the City's CIS system. If you enjoy working with data and take pride in accuracy, this role is for you.
What You Bring
- Secondary school completion plus business, office, or accounting courses
- Minimum 18 months of experience in business processes or customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Comfort working in computerized systems and Microsoft applications
- Ability to perform accurate calculations and analyze data effectively
