Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Customer Interaction:
Checking in with customers during their meal, addressing any concerns, and providing excellent service.
Payment Processing:
Handling cash and credit card payments, balancing cash drawers, and providing accurate checks.
Table Management:
Clearing tables, setting them for the next guests, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Teamwork:
Collaborating with other staff members, including cooks, bartenders, and hosts, to ensure smooth operations.
