Miywasin Ota Resort is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a full
time seasonal operations team lead. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily resort
operations, ensuring an excellent guest experience, and maintaining high operational standards.
Work full-time in the resort store, managing day-to-day operations including cabin and
site bookings, recreational equipment requests, and food services. Maintain open
communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support smooth resort
operations.
Ensure the store area is well-maintained, clean, and safe for guests and staff at all times.
Manage booking software, process online payments and financial transactions, and
submit all invoices, receipts, deposits, and time-sheets to the interim manager in a timely
manner.
Collaborate with the interim manager on routine maintenance, house keeping and
facility improvements as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, resolving issues effectively and
efficiently.
Maintain excellent communication with management, guests, and staff.
Ensure that all company policies and procedures are communicated clearly to store staff.
